KMSY AIRPORT
Operational guide for flying private/charter
-
Landing runway 11 will greatly reduce taxi time to the FBOs (Atlantic and Signature).
-
No hangar space is available.
-
FBOs are located on the north side of the airport next to the new terminal being constructed. Major road construction can cause delays for crew and passenger vehicles.
Short Overnights
WHERE TO STAY
-
All the typical near-airport hotel offerings are available.
-
Our favorite is the New Orleans Marriott Metairie- FBOs have discounted rate.
WHERE TO EAT
-
Drago's Metairie (Get the charbroiled oysters.)
-
Harbor Seafood & Oyster Bar (Good Poboys)
