• Parking during high season can be scarce, get a reservation through your handler as soon as you can

• It can take a LONG time to get fuel, consider fueling on arrival if possible

• Book everything right through the FBO, no handler required

• High terrain nearby, don't recommend going in at night unless familiar with the area

• Runway has significant slope and crown

• FBO can arrange crew ground transportation, very convenient

Two main areas to stay, the Marina (close to MMSL). Very touristy, lots of action. Many crews prefer to stay in or near San Jose (near MMSD). If you want the traditional high energy Mexico experience, visit the Marina. If you want the more cultured and relaxed experience, stay in San Jose.
